Copyright Notice & Intellectual Property Policy
Copyright Owner: MaxX Holdings Inc.

Effective Date: October 4, 2026
Last Updated: October 4, 2026
1. Copyright notice
© 2026 MaxX Holdings Inc. All rights reserved.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all original content and materials made available through our website, application, platform, or related services are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
This includes written content, documentation, software, source code, databases, graphics, illustrations, photographs, images, videos, audio, music, designs, user interfaces, layouts, training materials, marketing materials, products descriptions, downloads, and other original creative materials.
2. International copyright protection
Copyright laws are territorial, but international protection is supported by treaties such as the Berne Convention. In many countries, copyright protection arises automatically when an eligible original work is created, without requiring registration or a copyright notice. Accordingly, the absence of a copyright symbol, registration number, or formal notice does not mean the material is free to copy or use.
3. Ownership
Unless otherwise identified, MaxX Holdings Inc. owns or has obtained appropriate rights to the intellectual property contained in the Services. Ownership may include copyright, trademarks, trade names, design rights, database rights, software rights, trade secrets, know-how, confidential information, and other intellectual-property rights.
4. Copyrighted works
Copyright may protect original expressions such as literary works, software, databases, music, films, photographs, artwork, technical drawings, educational materials, and other qualifying creative works. Copyright generally protects the expression of an idea rather than the underlying idea, procedure, method, or concept itself.
5. Restrictions on use
Except where expressly permitted by us, by applicable law, or by an applicable license, you must not copy substantial portions of the Services, reproduce copyrighted materials, republish content, distribute content, sell or commercially exploit content, modify or create derivative works, publicly display or perform protected content, remove copyright notices, remove ownership information, circumvent technical protection measures, or use our intellectual property in a manner that infringes applicable law.
6. Permitted personal use
Unless otherwise stated, users may access and view content for their own lawful, personal, non-commercial use. Where technically and legally appropriate, users may make limited copies necessary for ordinary personal reference. Personal use does not authorize commercial redistribution, mass downloading, automated scraping, public republication, reseller activity, or removal of copyright information.
7. Commercial use
Commercial use of copyrighted material requires authorization unless a valid legal exception or license applies. Examples include reproduction in a commercial publication, use in advertising, sale of copies, incorporation into commercial products, or distribution to clients. Requests for commercial licensing may be submitted to legal@maxxholdingsinc.us.
8. Educational and research use
Certain jurisdictions recognize exceptions for education, research, quotation, criticism, review, news reporting, parody, and other purposes. Whether a particular use is permitted depends on applicable law and the circumstances. This notice does not eliminate or restrict a copyright exception that cannot legally be waived.
9. Fair use, fair dealing, and other exceptions
Copyright law differs internationally. Depending on jurisdiction, legally permitted uses may include quotation, criticism, review, news reporting, education, research, accessibility-related uses, and other statutory exceptions. Nothing in this Policy is intended to restrict rights that applicable law expressly grants to users.
10. Third-party content
The Services may contain material owned by third parties, including stock photographs, licensed graphics, music, videos, fonts, open-source software, user-generated content, partner materials, and embedded content. Such materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and may be governed by separate licenses or terms.
11. Third-party trademarks
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, service marks, and product names appearing through the Services may belong to their respective owners. Use of a third-party trademark does not necessarily imply ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
12. Software copyright
Software made available through the Services may be protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Unless expressly licensed otherwise, users receive only the limited rights necessary to use the software as intended. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer software except where expressly permitted by the applicable license or mandatory law.
13. Open-source software
Certain components of the Services may use open-source software. Open-source components may be subject to separate licenses. Where applicable, those licenses govern the use of the relevant component. Nothing in this Copyright Notice is intended to restrict rights granted under a valid open-source license.
14. Databases and compilations
The selection, arrangement, organization, or compilation of information may itself be protected even where individual facts are not copyright-protected. Users must not systematically extract, reproduce, or commercialize protected databases or compilations except where permitted by applicable law or a valid license.
15. Website design
The overall presentation of the website or application may include protected elements such as layout, visual design, graphics, typography, navigation, user-interface elements, and original combinations of content. Individual functional elements may not themselves be protected, but copying a protected creative expression may still infringe applicable rights.
16. Mobile applications
Mobile applications distributed through app stores may contain proprietary software, designs, graphics, interfaces, documentation, and other protected materials. Downloading or installing an application does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Users receive only the rights expressly granted under the applicable license or Terms of Use.
17. AI-generated content
Where the Services use artificial intelligence or generative AI, copyright ownership may depend on the nature of the generated material, the degree of human creative contribution, applicable national law, source material, third-party rights, contractual terms, and applicable AI-provider licenses. The Company does not guarantee that every AI-generated output is exclusively owned by a particular party or free from third-party intellectual-property claims.
18. User-submitted content
Users may submit text, images, videos, audio, documents, code, designs, reviews, comments, or other materials. Users retain ownership of their content unless a separate agreement provides otherwise. By submitting content, users grant the Company only the rights necessary to provide and operate the applicable Services, subject to these policies and applicable law.
19. Copyright ownership of user content
The Company does not automatically acquire ownership of a user's copyrighted work merely because the user uploads it to the Services. Any license granted to the Company will be governed by the applicable Terms of Use or separate agreement. Users remain responsible for ensuring that their content does not unlawfully infringe third-party rights.
20. Copyright infringement reports
If you believe that material available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may contact the Company at copyright@maxxholdingsinc.us. A copyright complaint should identify the copyrighted work, owner, allegedly infringing material, location, complainant contact information, and the basis for the allegation.
21. Notice and takedown
Where applicable law provides a notice-and-takedown process, we may follow that procedure. Depending on the jurisdiction and circumstances, we may remove or disable access to material, notify the relevant user, request additional information, preserve relevant information, consider a counter-notification, or restore material where legally appropriate.
22. Counter-notifications
Where applicable law provides a counter-notification procedure, users may submit one in accordance with the requirements of that law. A counter-notification should contain all information required by the applicable legal framework. We may restore material where legally appropriate.
23. Repeat infringers
Where permitted or required by applicable law, the Company may restrict or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious copyright infringement. The Company may consider the facts of each case and any legally required procedural protections.
24. False claims
Users must not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, or abusive copyright complaints. Submitting false information may have legal consequences. Nothing in this provision prevents a person from making a good-faith complaint where they reasonably believe infringement has occurred.
25. Attribution
Where required by a license, contract, or applicable law, appropriate attribution must be provided. Users must not remove attribution or authorship information from protected works where doing so would violate applicable rights.
26. Moral rights
Copyright systems in many jurisdictions recognize moral rights. These may include rights concerning attribution, authorship, and integrity of a work. The scope and enforceability of moral rights vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
27. Digital rights management
The Company may use technical measures to protect copyrighted materials, including access controls, download restrictions, encryption, watermarking, authentication, and rate limits. Users must not circumvent technological protection measures where prohibited by applicable law.
28. Downloadable materials
Downloading a file does not necessarily transfer copyright ownership. Unless a separate license says otherwise, downloadable materials remain subject to applicable copyright and license restrictions.
29. Linking to our website
Users may link to publicly accessible pages where the link is lawful and does not misrepresent the relationship with the Company. We may request removal of a link where legally appropriate.
30. Framing and republication
Unless expressly authorized, users must not reproduce our website within another website, frame protected content, mirror substantial portions of the Services, or republish our content as their own.
31. Automated scraping and extraction
Automated collection of publicly available information may be subject to copyright, database rights, privacy, and contract law. Users must not use automated systems to systematically reproduce or exploit protected content in violation of applicable law or contractual restrictions.
32. Licensing requests
Permission to reproduce or commercially use copyrighted material may be requested from the Company at legal@maxxholdingsinc.us. A request should identify the material, intended use, territory, duration, commercial or non-commercial nature, and distribution method.
33. Limited permissions
Where we expressly grant permission to use content, that permission is limited to the specific purpose and conditions stated. Unless expressly stated otherwise, permission does not include transfer, sublicensing, resale, modification, or commercial redistribution.
34. Public-domain materials
Materials that are genuinely in the public domain may be used according to applicable law. However, a public-domain work may be incorporated into a new copyrighted compilation, adaptation, translation, or other protected expression.
35. Other intellectual-property rights
Copyright is only one category of intellectual property. Materials may also be protected by trademark law, patent law, design law, database rights, trade-secret law, confidentiality obligations, and passing-off or unfair-competition law. Compliance with copyright law does not necessarily authorize use of other protected rights.
36. Reservation of rights
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the applicable copyright owner or licensor. No implied license is granted merely because content is publicly accessible.
37. Enforcement
We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to take appropriate action against unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, including requesting removal, restricting account access, pursuing dispute resolution, or seeking injunctive relief or damages.
38. No guarantee of infringement-free use
We make reasonable efforts to respect third-party intellectual-property rights, but we do not guarantee that every item of third-party content accessible through the Services is free from copyright or other claims. If you identify potentially infringing content, please contact us promptly.
39. Relationship with terms of use
This Copyright Notice should be read together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Acceptable Use Policy, AI Terms, and other applicable policies. The Terms of Use may contain additional restrictions concerning copying, scraping, reverse engineering, redistribution, and use of the Services.
