Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 4, 2026
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund, cancellation, replacement, or other remedy for products and services purchased from MaxX Holdings Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
This policy applies to customers worldwide, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable laws of the country or region where the customer resides or where the transaction is legally governed.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Where applicable law provides greater rights than those described in this policy, the applicable law will prevail.
1. Eligibility for a refund
Depending on the product or service purchased, you may be eligible for a refund when:
- You cancel an eligible purchase within the applicable cancellation or cooling-off period.
- The product is defective, damaged, materially different from its description, or does not conform to the agreement.
- A service was not provided as agreed.
- We are unable to provide the product or service you purchased.
- You were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same purchase.
- A transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent, subject to verification.
- We approve a refund as a matter of goodwill.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer-protection laws.
2. Change-of-mind refunds
Where permitted by law, we may offer refunds for customers who simply change their mind. Unless a different period is specifically stated for your product or service, requests should normally be submitted within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
Certain products or services may be excluded from change-of-mind refunds, including, where legally permitted:
- Personalized or made-to-order products.
- Perishable products.
- Products that cannot reasonably be returned for health, hygiene, or safety reasons after being opened.
- Tickets, reservations, or services scheduled for a specific date or period.
- Digital content that has been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or activated after the customer has expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged any applicable loss of withdrawal rights.
- Services that have been fully performed with the customer's prior consent where applicable law permits exclusion of cancellation rights.
3. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incomplete, counterfeit, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not conform to your purchase agreement, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may provide:
- A replacement;
- A repair;
- A partial refund;
- A full refund; or
- Another legally required remedy.
We will not require you to give up mandatory statutory rights in order to receive a remedy.
4. Digital products and services
For digital products, software, subscriptions, memberships, online courses, downloadable content, and other digital services, refund eligibility may depend on whether the service or content has already been accessed or supplied.
If digital content or a digital service is defective, unavailable, materially different from what was promised, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable legal requirements, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
5. Subscriptions and recurring payments
For subscription services:
- You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account or by contacting us.
- Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period, unless required by law or otherwise stated in the applicable offer.
- If a recurring payment was made in error, was unauthorized, or is otherwise refundable under applicable law, you may request a refund.
- Where applicable law provides a statutory cancellation or withdrawal period, those rights remain unaffected.
Cancellation and refund are separate concepts: cancelling a subscription does not necessarily mean that the most recent payment will automatically be refunded.
6. Refund request procedure
To request a refund, contact us at:
Email: info@maxxholdingsinc.us
Please provide:
- Full name;
- Order or transaction number;
- Email address used for the purchase;
- Date of purchase;
- Product or service purchased;
- Reason for the refund request; and
- Supporting photographs, documents, or other evidence where relevant.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase and determine eligibility.
7. Refund processing
Once we approve a refund:
- We will initiate the refund using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
- Refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.
- We will not charge a separate refund-processing fee where prohibited by applicable law.
8. Return shipping
Where a physical product must be returned:
- If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by a legally required remedy, we will bear reasonable return costs where required by law.
- For voluntary change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping where permitted by applicable law and where this was properly disclosed before purchase.
- We may provide a prepaid return label where appropriate.
9. Partial refunds
A partial refund may be available where:
- Only part of an order is defective;
- Part of a service was not delivered;
- A product has a minor issue that does not justify a full refund;
- A discount or promotion was incorrectly applied; or
- Applicable law provides for a price reduction instead of termination.
The amount of any partial refund will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law.
10. Non-refundable purchases
Where legally permitted, certain purchases may be non-refundable, including:
- Gift cards or vouchers that have already been redeemed;
- Personalized products;
- Products specifically manufactured to customer specifications;
- Certain perishable products;
- Certain downloadable or streamed digital content after access has begun with the required consent;
- Services that have been fully performed where cancellation rights have legally ended;
- Certain event tickets, travel reservations, hotel bookings, or other time-specific services.
These exclusions do not apply where applicable law gives the customer a mandatory right to a refund or other remedy.
11. International customers
We sell to customers internationally and recognize that consumer-protection laws differ between jurisdictions.
If you purchase from us, you retain any mandatory rights granted by the laws that apply to your transaction. We will not rely on this policy to remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Currency and exchange rates
Refunds will normally be issued in the currency used for the original transaction, where supported by our payment provider.
If your bank or payment provider converts the refund into another currency, the amount credited to your account may differ from the original amount because of exchange-rate fluctuations or fees imposed by your financial institution.
13. Taxes, duties, and customs
Where a refund is issued, we will refund applicable taxes or charges that we are legally required to refund.
Import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or other governmental fees may be subject to the rules of the destination country and may not always be recoverable from us.
14. Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
If you believe your payment was unauthorized or fraudulent, contact us immediately.
We may investigate the transaction and request reasonable evidence. You should also promptly contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider where appropriate.
We reserve the right to withhold or reject refunds where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated policy violations, or manipulation of the refund process, subject always to applicable law.
15. Chargebacks
Customers should contact us first where reasonably possible so that we can attempt to resolve a legitimate refund request directly.
Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising any legal or contractual rights they have with their card issuer, bank, payment provider, or other financial institution.
16. Refund abuse
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to investigate patterns of suspected refund abuse, including:
- Repeated refund requests for products that were demonstrably delivered;
- False claims that products were not received;
- Repeated unauthorized-payment claims involving authorized purchases;
- Manipulation of promotions or refund systems; or
- Other fraudulent activity.
This does not affect legitimate statutory consumer rights.
17. No waiver of statutory rights
This Refund Policy is a commercial policy and does not replace mandatory consumer-protection legislation.
If a provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory law applicable to you, that provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to comply with the law, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
18. Disputes
If you have a concern about a refund, please contact our customer-support team first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
If we cannot resolve the issue, you may have additional rights to use:
- A consumer-protection authority;
- Alternative dispute resolution;
- A payment-provider dispute process;
- A court or tribunal with appropriate jurisdiction; or
- Other remedies available under applicable law.
19. Policy changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the version in effect when you made the purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
